I wrote this book for two reasons. One was as a catharsis for me. It is a way for me to close a rather difficult chapter in my life and be done with it.

I also wrote this for you. I want you to know how this process you about to undergo really feels. I want you to not be as scared as I was. I want you to read it and then feel hope that life is going to be happy again soon.
